If you experience problems installing or using a VPN client, send an email message to vpn-support@ucsb.edu. Please include the following information:
- Your UCSBNetID.
- The platform and operating system you use (for example,
MacOS X 10.2 or Windows XP).
- The VPN client's version number. This can be found via the "Help > About VPN Client" menu on Windows, or the
"VPNClient > About VPN Client" menu on MacOS.
- The time the error occured.
- Any error messages you receive.
