UCPath stands for UC Payroll, Accounting, Timekeeping, HR, and replaced the previous PPS payroll system. Used by Business & Financial Services, Academic Personnel, and HR, UCPath enables standardization of approximately 100 payroll, benefits, finance/GL integration, absence management, compensation, and human resources processes across UC campuses and medical centers.

As of June 1, 2020, the Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM), a UCPath module, replaces OACIS as the portal to post open staff non-student positions. Individuals who don’t currently work for UCSB can apply to open positions at jobs.ucsb.edu. Employees currently working for UCSB who have a UCSBNetID can apply to open positions by logging into the UCPath portal at ucpath.universityofcalifornia.edu.
