The UCSB Learning Center offers a wide array of training courses and certificate programs to help promote continuous learning and development, which is critical to maintaining excellence in your career and supporting the mission of our campus, now and in the future.

We encourage you to explore all of the different tools and resources this site has to offer and consult with your supervisor on what programs and training courses would best help you reach your full potential. 

The UC Office of the President uses the Learning Center to conduct assigned compliance training, e.g., Ethics, Sexual Harassment Prevent, Cyber Security, etc.

Special Considerations

Multiple departments update the Learning Center site content. 

Support

EH&S, Business & Financial Services (BFS), HR, Enterprise Technology Services (ETS), Research, Title IX, and Professional and Continuing Education provide various levels of support, ranging from website-only support to processing formalized requests. 

Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

The Service Level Agreements for the Learning Center vary by training type and department.

For compliancy training, LMS, non-employee accounts, or questions, the SLA is two business days.
